Call for Papers: Digital Studies 2024 Conference Issue

Digital Studies / Le champ numérique

The Canadian Society for Digital Humanities (http://csdh-schn.org/) invites conference participants from the 2024 annual meeting in Montreal (16-19 June) to submit their conference papers for publication in the association’s journal, Digital Studies / Le champ numérique (https://www.digitalstudies.org/). All conference participants are welcome to submit their essays for consideration.

The editorial team plans a rolling-reception for submissions and a rolling-release for published articles. (By rolling-reception we mean we will be processing all submissions on a first-come basis. The sooner we receive a submission, the sooner that submission is likely to be published.)

We have settled on a series of phased deadlines – and, as mentioned, early submissions have a greater chance of being chosen for publication:

  • 1 December 2024: early deadline
  • 22 December 2024: major deadline
  • 17 January 2025: deadline for final drafts

Author Guidelines can be found here: https://www.digitalstudies.org/site/author-guidelines/

All submissions should be made through the journal’s website: https://www.digitalstudies.org/login/?next=/submit/start/

In the past, the journal has edited collections of conference papers that have ranged from ten papers to twenty.

Please consider expanding the impact of your work by submitting it to our association’s journal!
